Reprocessing process with production entries

Please check the below scenario

Produced some items and we cannot use the same due to quality issues . we need to reprocess it (let’s say tempering process is not ok so we need to retemper it ). Currently we don’t use any system to record it .

How can we show the reprocessing in system to capture cost but should show as production .

We need to get the details of manpower utilized for reprocessing ..how much breakage happening during reprocessing etc..is there any standard program for the same?
