Hi,
I'm in SAP ECC6.0 and I'm using SAP Logon 7.10 with patch level 2. When i use the transaction SE38 and click on menu Settings->ABAP Editor-> Front-End Editor (New). The SAP GUI doesn't respond anymore and i cannot continue working.
With the old editor the error doesn't ocurr.
Somebody knows How i can solve this error?
Thanks in advance.
Alejandro.

Hi,
This has happened a couple of times for me too. Did you un-install and reinstall the sap GUI ? I did that and it worked fine for me.
Cheers

I discover when i logon on SAP how Windows XP administrator i can execute the transaction SE38 with the new editor without problems.
Somebody knows which files (.dll, .ocx) i should have access to allow new editor execution?
Which files does ABAP Editor modify when is activated?
regards,
Alejandro.
