Job creation and scheduling through excel sheet import in Redwood script

Hi

I'm new to SAP CPS / Redwood, i need some clarification on the below queries.

Instead of creating and scheduling Jobs in redwood manually, by writing redwood scripts can we import an excel sheet of Jobs to create / schedule jobs?

Is this possible in redwood?

Or can we develop third party web portals to extract jobs from excel then deploy to redwood by webservice ?

It would be very helpful if i get some idea on this.
