SMARTFORM PO not Printing in ME23N

I am trying to print a purchase order through txn "ME23N" but i am not able to print the smartform for a single purchase order number.

For all other PO numbers it's working fine.Only for 1 PO its giving the problem

It shows error as "NO AUTHORIZATION FOR OUTPUT DEVICE LC=ENG".

I HAVE TRIED TO DEBUG THE FUNCTION MODULE BUT COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING CONCRETE....

Error msg is "SSFCOMPOSER 014".............

CAN SOMEONE HELP.............
