Not Getting DBM Order Information in MRS

Hello Guru,

I am configuring MRSS for DBM 8.1, I am not getting order information into Appointment booking in Service order wizard. What can I missed in Configuration.

Hi Ashok,

DBM 810 is compatible only with MRSS 8.0 SP06 onwards, and no other releases of MRSS. For information regarding additional prerequisites for DBM 810 kindly refer to the Release Information Note 2203588 .

You can also find more information in SAP Note 780143.

SAP KBA 2432883 help you to check subscreens and functions for scheduling appointment in DBM 8.0 and 8.1 .

Hello Dalma,

We are having MRSS 8.0 SP06 for DBM 8.00. In MRS Planning board the resource data is displaying, but in Wizard there is no Service advisor display for Drop up and Pickup and in T-code :

/MRSS/PLBOORG at The Demand -- Service order information is not display.

Please help.

Please check SAP KBA 2410536 - Service advisors are not displayed in DBM order. Regarding tc.

/MRSS/PLBOORG at The Demand please contact with colleagues from component CA-MRS.
