oracle cpu utilization hit 100%

1.cant login via putty [on sap or oracle], which turns unable to stop-start sap.

2.Only thing which i can do is rebooting the server, but within 3-4 days CPU util-hits 100%,

My observation-server harddisk got some issues while running SAP, and got replaced recently...after that this issue happened.

Please help.....
