If u r sending an idoc from r/3 system then scenario shud be idoc to file , as ur idoc is an outbound and file will be inbound rather than wat u said..m i right madhav

Hi madhav...
When you are goin to involve XI as ur middleware, you need to go through the usual routines of creating RFC destination and configuring partner profile etc wid ur XI server
Are you trying to perform an IDOC to file scenario???
Can u pl elaborate your business requirement???
Thanks
Varun

Madhav,
I believe you must have done the ALE configurations after following the relevant pdf suggested to you..
For sample scenarios, you can use CREMAS03 IDOC. The idoc can be sent from transaction bd14,
This is a vendor IDOC. You can create Vendors from transaction xk01.
For the rest plz folow
