Can't display Comment with Vietnamese on Webi 4.2 SP3 Patch 4 Version 14.3.2.2301

Dear Expert

I have requirement allow end-user comment by Vietnamese on Webi 4.2 SP3 with Comment function available in Webi.

However, when i try type comment or copy comment from editor and paste to comment in Webi, I can't display Vietnamese font as below picture. Almost vietnamese characters show ???

Please help to suggest me any solution or SAP Note to fix this issue?

Hi Bui,

You are only seeing this issue in comments correct?

Since they are so it may be an issue specific to comments since they are still relatively new.

You may want to create an incident for it to be sent on to development if we can duplicate it.

Yes, i only face issue in comments

I couldn't find any Sap Note to fix it.

I will create incident to SAP and waiting for any solutions

I would think as long as the fonts are installed on the BI Server as well as the client then it should work and be able to render them.

Is the font installed on both the bi server and client?

Thanks for your quickly feedback.

I installed fonts which one we are using in comment on BI server and client also. I'm using default font in Webi, we also tested with Times New Roman, Arial, MS.Serif

Actually, we face this issue with Title and Legend of Pie Chart first, after that we apply SAP Note 1705449_E_HowtoshowCJKinChartWebIntelligence.pdf and fixed font issue in chart.

However Comment still face same issue
