Please check the tables TSTC AND TSTCT.
TSTC is the table that stores all the T Codes.
TSTCT is the table that stores Text for all the T Codes.
SM01 is the transaction which can give all the t-codes that we use in SAP,but check whether you have authorisation to this t-code,as it is a Basis T-code.

And there press F4 on the Transaction Code.
