co27-picking even open qty is zero

Dear Experts

when i do picking use T-code co27 it display the material got open qty is zero.

but this should be show only the outstandind material

so please advise me why its happened?

Hi Anbalagan

use profile 00002 , basically it will show all pciking list with reqmnt qnty, open qnty and commited qntys.

and it will fetch only non zero open qntys

but the problem i found that material in prdn order , the final issue is not automatically set. but it must be set.

why its happened please let me know

Hi Anbalagan,

Final issue is automatic setting, when you do back flush it will set automatic

if you have done issue with T.code MB1a then make sure that check box is activated

what i have to change in picking profile?

pl advise and the question is why the material alreedy withdrawn is displayed in co27?

if any material have open qty only appeared in this list. then only we can do GI.

so pl advise me the reaso experts.

Hi,

In the materail master data select view, you can select warehouse management view, in this case you can maintain the storage type, storage bin and warehouse no.

if you can maintain these above fields, then only the values of storage bin is appeared in the CO27 Picking list of order info system.

let me know any clarification.
