Technical monitoring Alerts - Auto clearing

Hi Experts,

Could you please tell me how to set up Auto cleared message for triggered alerts once the issue is resolved.

Example: 1) Issue happened in system

2) Alert triggered via technical monitoring

3) Issue resolved

4) Now I need to get alert cleared mail for that particular alert .

I would appreciate all your help and guidance
