Business transaction in User status

Hi,

I am trying to create a user status to prevent NWA planning thru KPPP. But this txn is not available in list of Bus Txn for user status. Then I checked the box StA in BS32 and saved the changes. Even after that I am not able to get this txn in the list. Pls suggest how can I get this Txn in the list of User status.
