user license is grey,could not change from professional to indirect in sap b1 9.2

our sap b1 license server now is 9.2 . we have to change a user's license from professional to indirect .we tried to stop the license server like what we did before ,but could not open the license administration window after then. does anyone advise how to do in sap 9.2 ? thanks in advance ?

Hi ,

Ask the User to Log Out from the SBO and try to reassign the license.

Why would you stop the license server? Make sure the user is not logged in, take the professional license away from the user, and then assign the indirect license.
