How to make my Sales Quote show a PREVIEW [C4C Sales Quote]

Hello experts,

I have two problems.

The first one is this error which I dont know how to fix.

And this one where the preview for the Sales Quote wont load. How can I make it show up?

Hopefully you guys can help me with this.

Hello Miguel,

This is happening because the system determines Country and Language variant for Sales Quote as follows:

First system checks Form template. If country code Y is maintained, then system will pick Account's country in Sales Quote Preview. If there are no parameter maintained for Sales Quote in Form template rule, then system will choose country based on Seller country Language is determined based on Sales Quote language maintained in header section in quote. If the document language is not set, then the language of the Buyer party (Bill-To party) is taken as receiver language.

In your case it seems you have not maintained the form template for this language, so please try the following?

1. Go to the Work center Application and User Management.
2. Select the view Business Flexibility.
3. Sub View Form Template Maintenance .
4. Show Active Forms.
5. Search for the required, in case you do not find it, then please click to create a new form for that language
