GRC PC 10 - slow work center refresh

Hi Experts,

I have a problem in GRC PC 10: the time to refresh and load pages when a specific user clicks on the different work center is very slow. It's not a authorization problem: with sap_all profile the user has the same problem. With a new user, created to copy specific user, the problem does not occur. I have traced specific user (ST01) and I have seen that there is a query of table HRP1000 with otype=OF -->4550 records. With other user the query of TABLE HRP1000 is carried with otype=O8 -->3 records. Kindly provide your suggestions on this. Thanks in advance !!
