item not interest not available in segmentation model

Hi - I added several interests with the "manage interests" application, however, the values are not available either in segmentation model or at the contact level in the contact fact sheet. How can I make them visible especially in the segmentation model?

Dear Chenyun,

After you added the "Item of Interest", did you create any interactions that are using these values? Without any interactions nothing will show up in either Segmentation, Contact Engagement or the Interactions of your Contacts.

if you're using on-premise, you can use program CUAN_CREATE_INTERACTION in transaction SE38. There you can add some Interests to your interaction.

When you use the popup (F4) for the Interest field the Items of Interest that you created should be shown (like below image).

Just create some random interactions, and you should see your managed Interests show up.

Thank you Akil! However I'm using 1705 Cloud, can you please guide me to where I can map interactions with interests in the cloud product?


Hi Chenyun Yao,

You can use "Manage Interests" app to add interests in the application and then add "Interest_Item" values while uploading interactions.
