C4C Campaign Automation Create Lead Action does not work as expected

Hi,

I am working on campaign automation and the actions based on the triggers "e-mail interation" and "clicked link". Create an activty (task or phone call) works perfectly. Creating a Lead doesn't work!

As mentioned in the documentation: Please be aware that the system creates leads only for accounts and contacts where no open lead exists already, I changed any existing leads and assigned the status declined.

What configuration do i still need to do or check to make this work in 1708.

After all it works fine! There was some delay in the system.
