ESS query:Show 'Known As' in the welcome area of Portal Masthead, plz guide

Hello All,

In ESS -> Personal Information iView, there is a field named 'Known As'.

Need to show this field value in place of the LastName,FirstName that appears by default in the Portal Masthead iView.

Example:

Default : Welcome Ritu Hunjan

My Known As value = sdnuser.

Then the Portal Masthead should show : Welcome sdnuser.

Please guide....
