inavalid username/password

HI Gurus,

I installed SAP4.7E (Oracle 8)on w2k3 Server . It was installed successfully(successfull showed after completion of instalation). but after restarting the system the sap server is not running all are ended in sap console and syslog is showing as.

R/3 BASIS System: Initialization DB Connect Failed, Return code 000256

DATABASE: Database Error 1017 at con

DATABASE: >ORA-01017: Invalid username/password:Logon denied

Please help me how to solve this problem.
