Issue with CAT2 for TA

Using CAT2 and the TA profile, we are able to get a worklist with multiple personnel using a cost center. We select one personnel from the list and make some entries for that person. When we try to come back, the system takes us back to the initial screen and not to the worklist with the selected data. Therefore, the TA again has to go through the process of selecting the list of personnel. Can any one tell me what needs to be done so that by going back, I can get to the list of personnel?

The entry profile TA is customer specific, so I can only guess, how it looks like.

I think you checked the box "select via pers.list" and you specified selection report.

So you get a button "Personnel Selectn" in CAT2 that gives your list.

When coming back from entering data the program starts new an you may select a new set of personnel numbers. For what reason? I do not know.

But try to specify contorlling area (CAC) and cost center (KOS) with leading zeroes in "sytem - userprofile - own data - parameters" and change selection in profile TA to use cost center not selection report. Than CAT2 will show persons with specified cost center directly when you start it and will keep them even if you jump back.

If the personnel list is selected on the basis of the Time Administrator option only, then this problem is not encountered. The list stays in place while going into the time entry screen and then coming back to select a new employee. The problem only occurs when the selection is done based on cost centers.

I think, the list does not stay in place but is new generated. In this scenario, when you first start the transaction the list is also directly displayed, isn't it? When you later come back, the list comes again and it looks like it had stayed.
