E-mail message on process chain step

Hello All,

I have managed to add an e-mail message to a process chain step successfully by right clicking and create message...). I have added the text I want in the e-mail but when the system sends the e-mail out it adds its own very technical message onto the end of mine. My question is - how do I eliminate the technical message that the system adds on so that only my message will be visiblle.

Hi Keith,

Goto the process type -> message -> You would have a edit document button -> click -> Document contents -> maintain the info that you need.

Additionally you can maintain the message settings in RSPC -> Settings (from menu) -> Maintain process type -> MAIL (double click).

Thanks for the reply although can you please explain exactly how to suppress the message that the system adds onto my message? i.e. I want to stop the system from adding a message.

No - I am told that the message cannot be supressed.

this topic is also very interesting for me. We would like to send the mail to a SMS service provider and I need a short mail for them (without the additional technical information).

If somebody has an idea this would be great.
