Crystal Reports 2016 installation on Terminal Server Windows Server 2012 R2

Good morning,

I am new to this community and I am an IT specialist for Bethesda Dermatopathology Lab. I had specific questions concerning the installation of Crystal Reports 2016 on a Terminal Server environment.

We currently have one license. We have to purchase 3 other licenses for 3 additional users so they can all access the terminal server at the same time to do their reports. My question is how would this pan out well on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Terminal Server environment. I just want to confirm that there is nothing special that needs to happen for Microsoft Terminal services. In other words, Microsoft Terminal Services isn’t the only method with which people remotely connect to Terminal Servers. There is Citrix and, Linux Terminal Servers. I don’t know if this is specific to Microsoft.

Another question is, can you please provide an installation guide on the Terminal server with the software installation link. Also, if we add additional licenses for the software, what steps does each user have to take to log into their reports. What needs to happen? How would I guide them?
