Change confirmation during approval

Hi all! I just turned on confirmation approval but found that the approver cannot change the confirmation. This is different from what I read from the help documentation. Can someone please advise whether there are other settings to be set up? The approver has level 1 (low) security for approval.

Hi,

As far as i know, the workflow security level is dedicated to shopping cart.

So, is it a standard that the approver cannot change the confirmation on the approval screen and that the approval has to be done via the confirmation transaction once rejected?
