Activity on my Profile does not open – Often

Dear Experts,

I am facing the Problem often. When I log into my Profile and click on activties to see all acttivites for example Comments, Follow Up – it does not open. The Activities Tab displayed a Busy Sign (which we had often in pre- HANA Age ;)) and goes the Loop forever.

Please look into the screenshot:

and then following error message Appears:

Hello Krishnendu,

Thank you for reporting this on our Community. I am happy to look into it further. Please allow us some time to create a ticket and open an investigation so we can learn the cause of this issue and implement a fix. I understand that recently there has been some more Activity Stream related issues that led to a frustrating experience as shared here, and more recently, here. Gladly we were able to resolve the first issue pretty quickly so I am hoping that the same will be the case for the newly reported issues. I will share your issue with the team as well.

Hi Krishnendu,

I had a simmilar problem, which I found out to be our company's internal firewall restriction to the SCN website. After the network team added the website as a trusted domain, it started to work fine.

Thanks. But it happens for me once / twice per week, rest of time it works, so I think it is not Firewall Problem.
