Hi guys,
First, thanks to all in advance for your active collaboration,
In terms of doing Global reporting based on employee organization, one of my clients is aligning Employee Group & Employee Subgroup across the organization.
What does it mean? --> Same Employee Groups / Subgroups linked to all countries in scope (T503Z).
Issue --> Even though Employee group/subgroup classification must be the same, payroll and time behavior (payroll & time groupings) must be country specific.
So far I couldn't find and straight forward solution to this issue, your support will be appreciated.
Cheers,
Jose Angel.
Solution: Customer specific country dependent employee group/subgroups (Custom fields in IT 0001) created in order to be able to make a distinction for Time Processing or Payroll Processing.

I've never worked in a muti Country Payroll, but our 11 School Boards all share the same Employee Groups/Employee SubGroups.
Time Evaluation and Payroll Processing have similitudes across the Boards, but in all aspects that require distinctive processing, there are initials decisions based on Personnel Area, Personnel SubArea, Payroll Accounting Area, etc...

Hi
If you do the assignment of employee group / employee subgroup for US therefore this groups only will applicable for US.

Shirin
