Transports to Production - Best Practice for Timing Imports

I would like to compile a list of possible issues/problems which can occur through Transporting requests to the Production system during Productive time, i.e. 'Business Time'.

This is obviously against SAP recommendations that, little if not no user activity should take place during a import, but i would like if possible some more detail on the risks.

I am actually looking for reasons why we shouldn't import into a Live Production system during use.
