TImeOut Error in SM58 CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPCMRCV'

Everything works fine during message processing, but the error occurs in the stage of message outbound which i can see in SM58 with error status: timeout during accept / CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPCMRCV' : cmRc=27 thRc=751.

We are getting this error periodicaly during 6 a.m. to 7 a.m almost everyday, any other times everything works fine.

Response would be highly appreciated.

Best Regards

Timeout usually occurs when target server/system is inaccessible or down. Check in the particular time whether any issue/upgrade/maintenance activities are taking place.

really appreciate for your answer, our basis team find out some database deadlock everytime the timeout issue occurs in PI system, don't know if that is the reason to the problem.

Hi,

can you confirm your receiving system is accessible by PI during these times? Also, ask your network guys about that. For me, this sounds not like an PI error.

Kind regards

Are the deadlocks on PI or the receiving system? If on PI, would you post the log entries? If on receiving system, then this is most likely the reason for the time out errors.
