Error "BRAIN 299" when activating EnvironmentShell QUESTION

We are on BPC 10,1 and we got the Embedded version Installed and Activated. After the embedded Version we activated the Classic Version performing the PostInstallation Steps in the Installation Guide. We are having problems with the Installation of the EnvironmentShell. When we run the program UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT, we get the next error: BRAIN 299:

It is in the attachments.

Any ideas?

Hi,

the BRAIN299 message indicates an unexpected program state on the BW side; here there seems to be a problem to activate a hierarchy. Whether the problem is on the BW side or on the BPC side is unclear. Do a note search or open a problem ticket.

Remark:

In BW the BRAIN299 always contain information about the state where the inconsistency was detected, here the string '_FIND_DOUBLICATES-1-'; you can do a note search using the string and find an old note 1837188 (maybe not relevant for your release).

Thank you very much for your post, we are trying to find out how to correct this program error, we are about open an Incident with SAP; since the answer sometimes takes time we are searching for other solution in the meantime.

Thank you for your suggestion of oppening the ticket, we are working on it. About the note, you are totally right, it doesn't apply in this case because we are on 7.5.
