Error "BRAIN 299" when activating EnvironmentShell QUESTION

We are on BPC 10,1 and we got the Embedded version Installed and Activated. After the embedded Version we activated the Classic Version performing the PostInstallation Steps in the Installation Guide. We are having problems with the Installation of the EnvironmentShell. When we run the program UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT, we get the next error: BRAIN 299:
