Call not disappearing from Call List

Hello Experts,

I am facing an issue where once i successfully complete a Call from the Call List and click on END button to end the call. Still the Call appears in the Call List unless the maximum attempt is reached. As per my understanding the Call should re-appear in the Call List only when it is re-scheduled. Please suggest if this is standard SAP behaviour or a bug? Thanks.
