PO change version with Ordered status

Hello Gurus ,

I am trying search PO via POWL with change version active . But when I get the list of PO's it only shows me Awaiting approval , Release rejected . Error in process or Saved but not the ordered once . Is this a standard behavior. If yes , how can I see all the ordered PO with change version in the POWL .

Seems this is not in scope with standard process and also with custom so I am closing this post

Hello Gaurav,

The standard design is that if the PO has an open Change Version and the user doesn't specify the Status criterion in POWL, system fetches the Change Version into POWL result with status "Saved". If you open this, system will display the Change Version.

If you would like to get the Active Version with Status "Ordered", you have to fill the Status criteria as "Ordered". In this case system fetches the Active Version into POWL result with Status "Ordered" and if you open this from POWL, system will display the Active Version.

Thanks for your reply . Actually when I try to search the PO with status ordered and Only with Change Version field checked ., then no result is displayed . And this is my main requirement , to see the ordered status PO's in powl . Is there any Snote which can help me to solve this issue .

Hello Gaurav,

Flag "Only with Change Version" should be only ticked if you search for POs with for example status Saved. This flag should be ticked if user would like to find only Change Versions. If you search for POs with status Ordered, you won't receive any results if you tick that flag, because no Change Version has status Ordered. If you untick this flag, you will find the Ordered POs even if they have a Change Version with status Saved.
