Hi Team,

Sub: Poor SAP Business one performance when using Boyum add-on.

SAP system has slow down dramatically since the recent update, this is particularly noticeable when working with large quotes/orders with a lot of lines.

For example, even using the SAP client loaded on Server, opening Sales Order "1234" takes over a minute, then even updating one line and saving it causes the system to process all 246 lines in the order which again takes over 1 minutes to save the order.

Based on troubleshooting,

1.we have now managed to prove that disabling the Boyum add-on, the opening of said SO reduces from between 1-2 minutes to about 10-15 seconds on a Citrix session when we know is slower than the fat client.

2.Enabling it again and we get the same bad experience.

3.On a fat client it is about 35 seconds with Boyum enabled, and approximately 10 seconds with it disabled.

Please help for this the same.

Hi Datta,

Now that you can demonstrate that the issue is caused by Boyum's addon, I recommend that you contact Boyum's support desk directly. Considering that this started happening after an upgrade of the addon, it might well be that they are working on a fix.
