I am not sure that moderators are the best people, from which to request account deactivation.

There is a link in Privacy at the page footer, which points out to one way to achieve what you ask (if this is a P-user): https://www.sap.com/about/legal/privacy.html#data-retention

For S-users, I suppose, that you could just send an e-mail or submit a ticket to whoever is responsible for managing the accounts in your company.
