Print and export options are not working for crystal reports

I am using crystal report viewer 13 and visual studio 15. For some reports I was unable to do print, export operations.

What the difference I noticed when the save data in the report checkbox is not clicked print, export, zoom features are not working and its asking for parameter prompt for every operation. I dont see any other difference between the reports.

please do help.
