Not able to add new field into Program create popup - Hybris Marketing Cloud

Hi Experts,

I am not able to add new field into create program popup. Even though I am able to click "Add Field" option from configuration, nothing happens post selection. It was possible to add same field into Program details page post creation.

Is it possible to add new field into create popup screen ? or limitation ?

Issue is fixed by raising an incident to SAP and nowI can add new field into create program popup.

Hi,

1) Please check with Authoraztion Role. SAP_CEI_PROGRAM HPA_MKT_AR to be added

2) Please create a new group 1st and then add the field that you want to add in the new group that you added. I have did that its working for me.

Hi Keshav,

I have administrator access for the application and think that this role is not applicable for cloud application. It seems like not able to add new field even though group has been created and published.

Please create a new group 1st and then add the field that you want to add in the new group that you added.
