Dear Experts,

Is there a way to dynamically select a routing or production version depending the production order queue?

Example:

--------------------------------------------------

> Material A:

--------------------------------------------------

>> Routing A1

>>> Operation A1 X (Setup) - 2H

>>> Operation A1 Y (Packing) - 3H

(Labor hour total 5H)

--------------------------------------------------

>> Routing A2

>>> Operation A1 Y (Packing) - 3H

(Labor hour total 3H)

--------------------------------------------------

> Material B:

--------------------------------------------------

>> Routing B1

>>> Operation A1 Y (Packing) - 4H

(Labor hour total 4H)

--------------------------------------------------

If we have a production queue with Material B then Material A, considering only the second material selection, we need to select Routing A1 (with setup operation).

However, if we plan a production queue with Material A then Material A again, considering only the second material selection, we need to select Rounting A2 (without setup operation).

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards,

Heitor Martins

Yes, It can be done by creating multiple routings and assign those materials.Each routing has its own group counter. System will bring these routings while creating the order to choose the appropriate routing.
