sap apo collaborative procurement - action profile for scheduling agreements with adobe forms

Hi,

I defined an action profile for scheduling agreements in APO (7.3) with Adobe forms template, but when creating and then issuing the releases the action is not used at all (it is active). what might be wrong?

When trying to create a release I get the error message:

Determination did not deliver any action templates

Message No. SPPF033

The medium in the external procurement relationship is email.

what might be wrong? If I deactivate this action profile and activate another one with smart forms it works, releases are created & issued.

Did you get any resolution on this issue?
I'm also trying to execute SA Releases, but getting the same error.
Pl advise.
