HTTP Status 500 - Initialization of SLD service is failed!

Hi all,

I have problem configuring SAP Browser Access.

As required, I have port forwarded ports 30000, 30010 and 8100.

After installation of all SAP Components, using online port checker, I've seen all ports opened successfully.

However, when I try to access my browser access link, I am facing this error:

type Exception report

message Initialization of SLD service is failed!

description The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

exception

com.sap.b1.sld.client.exception.SLDServiceException: Initialization of SLD service is failed!
	com.sap.businessone.saml2.sp.configuration.SAML2SPManager.doInit(SAML2SPManager.java:82)
	com.sap.businessone.saml2.sp.SAML2SPSession.<init>(SAML2SPSession.java:81)
	com.sap.businessone.saml2.sp.filters.LoginRequiredFilter.doFilter(LoginRequiredFilter.java:273)
	com.sap.b1.sld.common.web.filter.CharacterEncodingFilter.doFilter(CharacterEncodingFilter.java:49)
	com.sap.b1.sld.httpDispatcher.b1WebServer.HelpApplicationFilter.doFilter(HelpApplicationFilter.java:55)

note The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the Apache Tomcat/7.0.64 logs.

I am constantly restarting all SAP Services but to no luck.

Any idea why this problem occur? Will be much appreciated.

- Honey
