I need to understand how SSO between cloud application and SAP via middleware works?We are using Microsoft Azure for login to salesforce and then salesforce call gets forwarded to IBM MQ(middleware) which in turn forward this call to backend SAP ECC.
Now Probelm is Backend ECC and Middleware IBM MQ uses a service user to integrae/communicate with each other and thats the id get logged in for these slaesforce call.Can we use SAML with federation identity provider on Azure and salesafoce and use same SAML ticket to login to backend ECC system ?
Purpose here is to propogate user which logged in to salesforce from Microsoft Azure to SAP so that we have change history along with achieveing obvious SSO.
Just to be clear Salesforce and Azure are out of network.
