Sales Orders Documents Remarks doesn't complete automatically

Dear Experts,

We have upgraded a customer from 2007A PL05 to SAP 8.82 PL05 (middle stop before upgrading to 9.1 or 9.2), and we observed that during the transformation of Sales Quotations to Sales Order (Open the Sales Order Document and using the functionallity of Copy From), the remarks doesn't complete automatically.

In the Document Setting, we checked the option of "Document Remarks Include" to be the "Base Document Number"

Could you advice us how to solve it?

Hi Alexandros,

It is possible that this is a bug in that particular patch level of that particular version.

Please have a look at SAP notes about this, or just upgrade to another patch level or version.

If the issue persists after the upgrade, and there are no SAP notes about it, please log a message with SAP support.
