the size of file named SAPNW2004sJavaSP9_Trial.part1.rar on ftp server
only is128M,
it should 1.6g
why?

For installation files you will have multiple parts and once you start extracting the first .rar file the rest of the files will also be used. But for this to work you must have all the .rar part files in the same directory.
Upon extraction you will have a larger size.
