Add standard or extension field to ´Import from excel´

Good day SAP Community,

I need to massive import Leads in C4C, including the minimum data and also the fields like 1- QuantityValue, 2- ServiceProductInternalID and 3- IndividualCustomerContactAllowedCode. Fields 1 and 2 seem to be possible adding new columns in the excel template, then draging and dropping the tecnical field to the columns, but its not working for me, the data does not upload in C4C my templates do nothing after add those fields. The third field IndividualCustomerContactAllowedCode even appears to be activated.

I found this helpful post: https://blogs.sap.com/2014/07/28/how-to-customize-excel-import-template-example-for-marketing-leads/ but I get the message ´damage template´ after follow the steps.

Any advice that could help me?
