EMail returns to SAP

Hi All,

Well just another issue again.

its in a new system that gone live recently 4-5 months.

The SAP WF-batch sends out Email to user account when they receieve Workitems as designed.

BUT due to some reason many of the mail are also sent to the WF-batch lotus notes id.

am not sure if there is any confirm email delivery flag set up any where?

I have checked that the mail is not a bounce mail.

Please advice, Thanks in advance!

    Hi

You can check the SCOT transaction Code that will be useful. Most probably the message delivered to WF-BATCH must be configured in SPRO.

    Please provide points if useful

    Thanks

    Go to Tcode : SU01.

    Display the user WF-BATCH.

In the Address Tab under Communications frame check the email address maintained for WF_BATCH.

If it is the Lotusnotes email ID, then its obvious to get mails there.

SAP sends mails to system administrator and workflowbatcher.

Some times both are same too.

    Reward if it helps.

Feel free to contact for further clarification.

    Thanks

    Praveen.

Well, this happened because SCOT had Confirmation of Receipt set.

This was deactivated and issue resolved.
