    Hi Ada Markman,

    Thank you for contacting us!

    In order to create the desired key figure, please follow the steps below.
    I'm using the data source Opportunity Header & Item (ID: CODOPPU) as example.

    Creating the Key Figure:

    1. Go to Business Analytics work center and Design Key Figures view;
    2. Click on New button;
    3. Type a name and a description (optional);
    4. Click on the Value Help for data source;
    5. Find CODOPPU and Ok button;
    6. Select Calculated Key Figure type;
    7. Click on Next button;
    8. Double-click or drag your first relevant key figure to the formula entry field;
    9. Click on Plus sign;
    10. Double-click or drag your a key figure to the formula entry field;
    11. Repeat this procedure for each key figure which you want to sum;
    12. See this example: "Weighted Value"+"Item Total Value"+"Calculated Value";
    13. Click on Finish button.

    Adding the new created key figure into a report:

    1. Go to Business Analytics work center and Design Reports view;
    2. Show All and Find XYZ report;
    3. Open the report;
    4. Click on Add Fields button;
    5. Go to Key Figures tab;
    6. Expand Own Key Figures dimension;
    7. Check the checkbox for the key figure which you have created;
    8. Click on Ok button;
    9. Click on Settings button and Key Figure;
    10. Move your key figure from Available column to Selected tab;
    11. Click on Ok button;
    12. Move Opportunity field from Not Currently Shown to Rows;
    13. See that the values are summed up.
