i have the following error when activating email template

Please change the domain in From e-mail address . ****.com is not allowed

I referred to email and fax settings under fine tune.

the proper domain was maintained !

Hi,

You need to maintain the allowed domains in Fine Tuning.

In Fine Tuning, look for Email and Fax Settings and maintain allowed sender email domains.

I think you did this already, so perhaps check if you get this error with another domain, maybe like gmail.com as a test, and if it is till an issue, raise an incident for support to check.
