Deleting Locations and Product in APO

Is there any way to delete locations and product manually in SAP APO ?

Hi Angel,

Once the deletion flag is set you can use the report /SAPAPO/DELETE_LOCATIONS to delete it permanently from the system (Make sure that there no dependency for the location). Since this thread is closed you are requested to open a new thread for further queries.

My problem got solved.Since it was SPP specific problem I was able to solve it using the "Service Profiles for copying and deleting time series and order data" and then running the planning service manager.

I am trying to delete "Order_Fcst". Actually I am working on SPP module of APO. So this "Order_Fcst" is the semantic which I am trying to delete.

Hi

I tried running the following reports but no orders were visible and hence didn't get deleted.

/SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER

/SAPAPO/RLCDELETE

/SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL

I am able to see LC orders using the following transaction but can't delete them.

/sapapo/tdl_ord_test.

Is there any other way to delete orders ?

/SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER

/SAPAPO/RLCDELETE

Sometimes ATP orders also exist for which you can use report /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL and also refer SAP Note 571031

Thanks...That helped. but when looked into the where used list, it is showing number of LC orders.

Could you please tell me how to delete the LC orders ?

Hi Mitesh,

Use transaction /sapapo/SCC07 for deleting the location products (Else go to the product master menu (Product -> set for deletion)).

But make sure that u delete all the dependencies before u delete the location product. you would have to use the " WHERE USED LIST" for each master data and then it will display you the order numbers. Use RLCDELETE report for deleting the orders.
