Table for Reimbursement Claims

Hi All,

As a part of requirement for reimbursement claims, we need to create a custom business object to store documents into the archive link with reference number as key. Is there a transparent table which stores all the reimbursement claims header data so that we could create a key field with reference number for the business object. Could give suggestions/ideas so we could fulfill the requirement.
