Convert Expense WBS to Investment management

Hi,

We have requirement to add investment profile for a WBS which was initially created as expense WBS and settled to cost center. We are getting an error while adding investment profile for the WBS - "KD199 - enter a valide value for settlement type - Remember that the rules for preliminary settlement ("PRE") of capital investment measures are different from those for period settlement ("PER") of other settlement senders. Periodic settlement only makes sense for capital investment measures. They must not have any "PER" rules.

Please advise if there is a possible solution to allow the conversion of expense WBS to capital investment measures.

Hello.

If you have any PER rules used in periods in this WBS, you have to reverse settlement postings. After that delete rules and you'll be able to change a profile.
