Hello everybody,
for a project, I want to create a new WC View belonging to the Customer WC. On this WC View, an OWL (similar to the normal OWL in the Accounts WC View) shall be displayed which shows all Customers of a specific Role.
So my idea was adding two new Items in the SDK - a WC View and an OWL - by choosing the Standard BO "Customer" as referenced Business Object. I have already inserted the new OWL per Drag and Drop in the newly created WC View. In the OWL I want to insert and bind the standard fields of the Customer BO in the Advanced List Pane, but then I get always an error in the C4C system.
So my question is, whether it is generally possible in the described way.
I would really appreciate any kind of help. Thanks,
Tim
Hi Tim,
the easiest way to display customers of a specific role seems to be creating and saving a query for the desired role (Button "Show/Hide Advanced Filter") . Via Organize Query you can define it as default selection when opening the customer WC.
I assume the role-field to be a custom one - so you have to ensure, that it is searchable and appears in the advanced filter.
Best regards,
Patric
