Hi

work list is , let's say all the invoices that need to be processed , one by one. It could also be the whole list of PGI documents that need to be processed , one by one. It can also be all open sales order that need to be processed , one by one. so all the 'chores' that R/3 has been instructed to do.

Document list (as I understand from your question) = document flow. So how the transaction has come to stand. Say for example, it strated off with a sales order-->then went through 'pick' & pack' then a 'PGI' and then it's ready for billing. Thus no 'chores' but the way it started and it's phase of "going to be".

Hi,

Users have posted FI document thru F-02 and the system has also generated the doc number. The same is not being viewed in FB03. What might be the reason? I checked the GL configuration in FS00 and Line item and open item management boxes are duly checked. please let me know the exact reason.

Thanks,

Sanjay

Can you be more specific. Work list is generally part of work flow process. Document list is simple list of documents.
