Hello Colleagues,
Opportunity ID in C4C is linked to PO number in ECC(On Prem system) Quote in current scenario.
Is PO number in ECC is the only link between C4C opportunity and ECC quote or is there any other link..?? if so then how it is linked or integrated..?
What if i would map C4C Opportunity ID to any other Field in ECC, will there be any implication in C4C during or post quote creation.
Also, i am curious to understand or know why don't we have an dedicated field for displaying Opportunity ID with the label Opportunity ID in ECC quote though creation of ERP sales quote is part of standard process.
